We offer great rates. Our rates vary depending on location, size-and whether it's climate controlled. For specific rates, contact the-location you are interested in by Web or by phone. Our professional-staff will be happy to help you get into the most economical space that meets your needs.

What are your hours of operation?

Our facility office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., six days a-week. However, if you require, we can generally make-arrangements to meet you at other times by appointment. Our--gate access hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you need additional access, contact our professional management staff.

Should I make a reservation?

Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that--the space you want is available when you need it, we recommend-that you make advance reservations. Reservations are taken on a "first come, first-served" basis.

Do I need insurance?

You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or we can provide on-the-spot enrollment for contents insurance through Bader Insurance, a nationally recognized company. Coverage begins immediately.

What type of payment do you accept?

All Advantage facilities accept Visa, MasterCard and American--Express as well as other credit cards. We can arrange to provide-you a written invoice monthly, or even have your credit card billed automatically each month.

What is the minimum rental commitment?

We offer a month-to-month lease, so you're never tied down to a-long-term contract. If you would like to rent storage for a longer period of time, we offer special discounts for long-term leases.

What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid driver's license or federal ID with picture is required to lease-a unit.

Do you have your own movers?

While we do not offer moving services, there are a variety of-movers available in our area. Check the Yellow Pages under the-heading "movers" for a complete list, or contact us for a-recommendation.

How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?
|

The entire move-in process should take less than 15 minutes.---Please keep in mind that this time could vary depending on--whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive.-Mornings are usually the slowest period of the day, while afternoons-are busier.
