ADVANTAGE STORAGE RESPONSE TO COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)

Advantage Storage is actively monitoring COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and its implications. Our current plan is to keep our self storage locations open and operating, where possible, by implementing precautionary measures and utilizing CDC-recommended prevention steps.

SOCIAL DISTANCING OPERATIONS

In an effort to ensure a safe environment for both our customers and employees through COVID-19, we are introducing a process that allows us to continue operating our stores without the need for our customers to enter our rental offices.

This process is designed to reduce person-to-person contact as much as possible. Our employees will assist customers with their storage needs while remaining in the closed office and communicating with them over the phone and through email.

STORE SANITATION

Our stores are being provided with additional hand sanitizer and disinfectant supplies. Additional handwashing and sanitization of offices and common areas have been in place for the past weeks and will continue.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS

There are many ways of interacting with Advantage Storage that don’t involve physically coming to our stores. You can rent a unit from us online by clicking the RENT NOW tab. You can access your existing account by clicking the PAY ONLINE tab. From there, you can see your account status and make payments online. You can also call our office and our team will assist you over the phone.
